Policies

We are honored to be part of your celebration. Please review our policies carefully before booking.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective Date: 04/01/2024 By booking services, renting equipment, or purchasing products from Stellar Celebrations LLC (“Company”), you agree to the following terms. 1. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for safety, misuse, harassment, nonpayment, or violation of policies. 2. Intellectual Property All designs, décor concepts, photos, marketing materials, logos, and custom creations remain property of Stellar Celebrations LLC. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. 3. Limitation of Liability Stellar Celebrations LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of rental items, décor, or products. 4. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or emergencies.

PRIVACY POLICY We respect your privacy. Information We Collect • Name • Email address • Phone number • Shipping address • Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers) How We Use Information • Process orders • Provide services • Send booking confirmations • Communicate regarding events We do not sell or share your personal information. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, HoneyBook, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or other secure providers. We do not store full credit card details.

PAYMENT POLICY • 50% non-refundable retainer required to secure event dates. • Final payment due 14 days before [smaller]events, 30 before [large] events. • Orders placed within 14 days require full payment. • Late payments may result in cancellation without refund. Accepted methods: Credit or debit through HoneyBook or Stripe link, Zelle, Afterpay, Klarna, cash. Chargebacks: Any fraudulent chargeback disputes will be pursued with documentation including signed agreements and delivery confirmation.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (NON-RENTAL SERVICES) Event Services Retainers are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs: • 15+ days before event: retainer retained, no additional balance due. • Within 14 days: full balance may be due depending on production status. Custom Items Custom décor, personalized items, and made-to-order products are non-refundable once production begins. Balloon Installations Due to perishable nature of balloons, no refunds are issued after installation. If cancellation occurs 14-30 days prior to event date the retainer can rollover to a rescheduled date if within 6 months of original event date and if the date is not already booked with another event.

DIY Rental Policies By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. 1. Booking & Payments • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your rental date. • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date. • If booking within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at time of booking. • Rentals are not confirmed until payment and signed agreement are received. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund of retainer. 2. Security Hold • A refundable security hold is required for all DIY rentals. • The hold is not applied toward your rental fee. • The hold will be refunded within 24–48 hours after items are returned and inspected. Deductions may apply for: – Damage – Missing items – Excessive cleaning – Late return 3. Rental Period • Standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise specified. • Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges. • Pickup and return times will be scheduled in advance. 4. Client Responsibilities Once items are picked up or delivered, the client assumes full responsibility for: • Proper handling • Safe storage • Weather protection • Theft or loss We are not responsible for damage caused by wind, rain, outdoor conditions, or misuse. 5. Cleaning Expectations Items must be returned: • Free of food, drink, wax, glitter, tape, or adhesives • In the same condition as received • Properly packaged Do NOT: • Staple into items • Use duct tape • Apply hot glue directly • Modify rental equipment in any way Cleaning fees will be deducted from the security hold if necessary. 6. Damage & Replacement The client is financially responsible for: • Repair costs • Replacement costs at current market value • Any professional cleaning required If replacement is required, full retail replacement value will be charged. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Retainers are non-refundable. • One date change is allowed if requested at least 14 days prior and the new date is available. • Changes within 14 days of the event are not guaranteed. 8. Photo Release We reserve the right to photograph rental setups for promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.

DELIVERY & SETUP POLICY • Client must provide clear, safe access to setup area. • Setup area must be level and weather-protected if outdoors. • Stair access must be disclosed in advance. • Items may not be relocated without approval. If unsafe conditions exist, we reserve the right to modify or cancel setup without refund.

SAFETY & SUPERVISION POLICY Adult supervision is required for: • Nerf Wars • Yard games • Machines (popcorn, cotton candy, snow cone, margarita) • Large décor pieces Clients assume responsibility for safe operation. Stellar Celebrations LLC is not liable for injury resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow provided instructions.

SHIPPING POLICY (TikTok + Etsy + Website) Processing Time: 2 Business days Orders ship within 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping: • Tracking provided once shipped. • We are not responsible for carrier delays. Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Lost Packages: Claims must be filed directly with the carrier once tracking confirms shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS) Due to the nature of custom and event-based products: • Personalized items are final sale. • Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days unused and in original packaging. • Return shipping is buyer responsibility. Refunds are processed once items are inspected.

DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY All digital products are non-refundable due to instant access. Files are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.

PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE POLICY We reserve the right to photograph event setups and rental items for marketing and promotional use unless written notice is provided before event date.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY POLICY Clients assume full responsibility for rental items once in their possession. Damage, loss, or theft will result in repair or replacement charges at current market value.
